Programme and Project Management
THIS provides a project and programme service through our Programme Management Office. Our managers are qualified and proficient in MSP and PRINCE2. Our core objective is to always work collaboratively with clients.
We have a successful history in the implementation of a diverse portfolio of projects and programmes. These include technical orientated projects, complex clinical system implementation and optimisation across health and social care settings. We will provide agreed governance for programmes and projects to ensure there is a framework where decisions and key deliverables are managed, and roles and responsibilities clearly defined. We will produce and maintain all documentation to monitor the project and programme performance to ensure we deliver projects on time, to budget, with minimum risk.
